At LUXUL COLLECTIVE, we believe every interaction should feel thoughtful, transparent, and beautifully considered. Whether you're discovering artisan pieces through our e-commerce destination or participating in our charity auctions, this Terms of Service guides how we journey together.

Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, each incorporated herein by reference and available at luxulcollective.com. Please read all three documents before using our site or services.

THESE TERMS OF SERVICE GOVERN YOUR USE OF THE LUXUL COLLECTIVE WEBSITE, PLATFORM, CONTENT, FEATURES, SERVICES, AND ANY ASSOCIATED E-COMMERCE OR CHARITY AUCTION EXPERIENCES. BY ACCESSING OR USING THE PLATFORM, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.

TWO VERTICALS & GIVING MODEL

LUXUL COLLECTIVE operates two distinct verticals under one legal entity:

E-commerce purchases — where 20% of profits generated may support global causes, as described in our charitable program disclosures.

Charity auctions — where 90% of auction proceeds, or such other amount as disclosed for a particular auction, support our verified nonprofit partners. See our Charity Auction Disclosure for complete details.

The rules in these Terms apply to both verticals unless a separate policy or disclosure states otherwise.

ELIGIBILITY & ACCOUNT USE

You must be legally able to enter into a binding agreement to use our services or make a purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for all activity that occurs under your account.

ORDERING & AVAILABILITY

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order if we believe it is necessary for fraud prevention, operational reasons, inventory limitations, or legal compliance. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.

PAYMENT

You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your selected payment method for purchases, taxes, shipping, auction items, and any other amounts disclosed at checkout or in the applicable auction terms.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Delivery times are estimates only unless we expressly state otherwise. Risk of loss and title, where applicable, transfer according to the governing transaction terms and applicable law. Shipping eligibility, address verification, and delivery restrictions are set out in our Shipping Policy, incorporated herein by reference and available at luxulcollective.com/policies/shipping-policy.

RETURNS & FINAL SALE

Return and exchange eligibility is governed by our Terms of Purchase / Refund Policy, incorporated herein by reference and available at luxulcollective.com/policies/refund-policy. Certain items, including auction items and final sale merchandise, may not be returnable except where required by law.

DISPUTES & CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase or auction transaction, you agree to contact us first to attempt to resolve any billing or order issue in good faith before initiating a dispute with your payment provider. You further agree that if you receive the goods, services, or auction item as described and still initiate an unsupported dispute, we may present this agreement, transaction records, delivery confirmation, and related communications in any dispute process. Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

AUCTION PARTICIPATION

By bidding in an auction, you agree that bids are binding, that auction terms disclosed for the specific event control that auction, and that winning bidders are responsible for payment according to the stated auction timeline and conditions. See our Charity Auction Disclosure for complete rules.

Charity auction participation may be subject to jurisdictional limitations. LUXUL COLLECTIVE complies with applicable charitable solicitation registration requirements. Charity auctions are not available where prohibited by law. We reserve the right to restrict participation from jurisdictions where we are not registered or permitted to solicit charitable contributions.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with operations, attempt unauthorized access, engage in fraud, or use the platform in a way that violates applicable law or these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All site content, branding, design, logos, text, imagery, and other intellectual property are owned by LUXUL COLLECTIVE or used with permission, and may not be copied or reused except as permitted by law or with our written consent. We respect and acknowledge the artisan cultural traditions represented in our offerings and do not assert intellectual property rights over traditional cultural elements or craft techniques. Artisan partners retain their moral rights and attribution where applicable.
