At LUXUL COLLECTIVE, we craft every step of your journey with care and intention. From artisan workshops and brand collaborations to your doorstep, our shipping approach reflects the thoughtful nature of our platform. Whether you're welcoming a unique artisan piece, cause marketing item, or participating in our charity auctions, this policy ensures transparency every step of the way.

E-COMMERCE SHIPPING

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 5-7 business days to allow time for order preparation and quality review. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Method

Merchandise ships via UPS Standard Ground (or equivalent carrier) unless otherwise specified at checkout.

Shipping Rates & Estimates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on item weight, destination, and selected service. Delivery estimates are provided but may vary due to carrier schedules, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Destinations

We ship to verified street addresses only within the United States and U.S. Territories.

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. boxes
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Unverified addresses
  • Business addresses without street verification

Address verification: We use third-party address validation services and may require phone verification or government ID for high-value orders, multiple orders to the same address, or addresses flagged as high-risk.

By placing an order, you confirm your shipping address is a verified residential or authorized business street address.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Tracking details typically activate within 24 hours.

High Volume & Delays

During peak periods or high order volumes, processing may extend by a few additional days. If we anticipate a significant delay, we will notify you by email.

Fraud Prevention

We reserve the right to:

  • Request additional verification for suspicious orders
  • Cancel orders to high-risk addresses or payment methods
  • Hold high-value shipments pending manual review
  • Charge a verification fee for repeat fraud attempts

AUCTION ITEMS SHIPPING & REDEMPTION

Auction items are governed by the Charity Auction Disclosure and event-specific terms.

  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the winning bidder
  • Shipping coordination occurs directly between the winning bidder and the charity partner
  • Contact the charity organizer listed in the lot terms for all shipping queries
  • Items ship within 5 business days of payment settlement, directly from the charity partner
  • Redemption experiences follow charity-specific timelines outlined in event terms

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For international shipments (when available):

  • LUXUL COLLECTIVE is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, tariffs, or import fees
  • All such charges are the responsibility of the recipient
  • Delays due to customs clearance are beyond our control

Risk of Loss & Damaged Items

E-commerce orders: Risk of loss transfers to the carrier once your package leaves our control. If your item arrives damaged:

  1. Contact hello@luxulcollective.com within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include photos of damage and packaging
  3. Save all packaging materials
  4. We will coordinate resolution per our Terms of Purchase/Refund Policy

Auction items: Contact your charity partner directly for damage claims.

Order Issues & Support

Missing packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package, contact the carrier first, then notify us at hello@luxulcollective.com.
